Warranty Policy

Prime Property Builders provides workmanship warranties in addition to any manufacturer warranties applicable to materials used.

We warrant that our installation services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are defined in the written contract provided at the time of service.

Materials used in projects may carry separate warranties from their respective manufacturers. Claims under manufacturer warranties must be submitted directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise specified in writing.

This warranty does not cover:

• Storm damage
• Acts of God
• Normal wear and tear
• Alterations by third parties
• Structural issues unrelated to installed materials

Warranty documentation will be provided upon project completion or upon request.
