Return & Refund Policy

Prime Property Builders provides professional construction, roofing, patio design, inspection, and consulting services. Because our services involve scheduling, labor allocation, administrative preparation, and material planning, the following policy applies:

Service Deposits & Inspection Fees

All inspection fees, consultation fees, and service deposits are non-refundable once scheduling, administrative processing, or material procurement has begun.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service appointment to avoid forfeiture of any paid deposit or service fee.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued if:

• Services were paid for but not scheduled, and

• No administrative work, inspection, or material planning has occurred.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Prime Property Builders directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card provider.
