What began as an idea to help our industry and community, we grew into a trusted name by dozens of families in the Houston area. In a time where it is hard to get authenticity and genuine value we strive to be selfless in our work.

We spent years watching homeowners get taken advantage of by rushed jobs, cut corners, and promises that disappeared once the check cleared. We see patios & roofs installed wrong, ventilation ignored, and “warranties” that meant nothing when problems showed up later.

So we decided to build a company on clear Communication, Documentation, and Processes.

Prime Property Builders (PPB) didn’t start as a big construction company. And we don't plan on selling out or lowering quality. We are a Family Owned & Operated business, started by two brothers and our best friend.
