Prime Property Builders does not ship physical goods. Every purchase made through this website, whether for an inspection, consultation, or service deposit, covers professional work delivered at your property. That includes roof replacement, emergency roof repair, storm damage assessment, and all other roofing and restoration services we provide.

No Physical Shipments

We are a service business. Nothing we sell ships in a box. When you book through this site, you are scheduling a licensed crew to show up at your address. Not ordering a product to your door. All transactions are for professional services, inspections, consultations, or deposits related to construction, roofing, and outdoor living projects.

Every service, from a free roof inspection to a full replacement, is performed at your property on a confirmed date. We coordinate the schedule with you directly before any work begins.

In-Person Estimates

We do not quote sight-unseen. A PPB representative comes to your property, documents what is there, and walks you through findings before any money changes hands. Online estimates are also available for general inquiries.

Deposits and Payments

Service deposits collected through this site secure your project date. They apply directly to your final invoice. For questions about payment terms, contact us before booking and we will walk you through it.

Do you deliver roofing materials to my home?
No. Material delivery is coordinated by PPB as part of the project. It is not something homeowners manage separately. Shingles, underlayment, and other materials arrive when our crew does, on your scheduled project date.
Can I purchase a service online and use it later?
Yes. Service deposits and inspection bookings made through the site are applied to your project when scheduled. Contact us at (832) 386-9606 to coordinate timing.
What if I am outside your listed service area?
Call or email us. We serve a wide portion of Greater Houston and Fort Bend County. If we can get to you, we will. Storm response work occasionally extends beyond our primary footprint depending on the event.
What services can I book through this site?
You can initiate a free roof inspection, schedule a storm damage assessment, inquire about the Prime Protection Plan annual membership, or place a deposit on a roof repair or replacement project. All work is confirmed via direct communication before any crew is dispatched.
