Call (832) 384-4420Request an estimateGutter replacement cost is one of the first things homeowners search when they notice sagging sections, rust streaks, or water pooling against the foundation. The honest answer: what you pay depends on linear footage, gutter profile, fascia condition, and whether you're running standard sectional gutters or a fully seamless system. We fabricate seamless gutters on-site, custom-fit to your roofline, so there are no pre-cut joints where leaks start. If your gutters are 20 years old or showing visible separation at the seams, the inspection alone will tell you everything you need to know. Call (832) 386-9606 and we'll take a look at no charge.
Every gutter replacement we do starts with a look at the fascia board underneath. Rotted or soft fascia is the hidden cost most homeowners don't expect, and skipping that step means new gutters will fail faster than the ones they replaced. We assess the full drainage picture: downspout placement, slope, outlet positioning, and how water is currently leaving the roofline. Our work carries a 10-25 year warranty, and we're fully insured on every job. Cost drivers include the total linear footage of your home's perimeter, the gutter size (5-inch vs. 6-inch K-style), the number of downspout drops, and whether fascia repair is needed before installation. Every job is different, contact PPB Roofs And Restoration for an accurate estimate.
Why It Matters
What Failing Gutters Actually Do to a House
Water is patient. Bad drainage gives it time to work on your fascia, siding, and foundation.
Our Method
How We Install Seamless Gutters
We don't show up with gutters pre-cut in a truck. We bring the coil stock and fabricate each run on-site to the exact length your roofline needs. No seams means no joints to separate, caulk, or re-seal three years from now. Here's the sequence we follow on every job.
Full Roofline and Fascia Assessment
Before anything is mounted, we inspect every fascia board for rot or soft spots. Soft wood won't hold hanger brackets long-term. We flag any repairs needed and walk you through them before the gutter work starts.
On-Site Fabrication and Custom Fit
Each gutter section is rolled from coil stock at your property and cut to the exact run length. We set the slope precisely so water moves to the outlet, typically a quarter-inch drop per ten linear feet. Downspout placement is planned to direct water away from the foundation.
Installation, Cleanup, and Flow Test
Brackets go in at 24-inch intervals or closer on longer runs. After hanging, we run water through the entire system to confirm slope, check every outlet, and make sure nothing pools. We clean up the site the same day, no hardware, old gutter sections, or packaging left behind.
Signs Your Gutters Need Replacing, Not Just Cleaning
Visible Separation at Seams
Sectional gutters are joined with caulk and connectors. Once those joints fail, water escapes behind the fascia on every rain. Patching slows it; replacing the run fixes it.
Gutters Pulling Away from the Fascia
This usually means the hanger screws have worked loose from rotted wood beneath. The gutter itself may be fine, but if the fascia can't hold it, you need fascia repair before re-hanging or replacing.
Rust Streaks or Holes
Surface rust is cosmetic. Through-holes mean water is dripping at the wrong location on every storm. A single section can sometimes be swapped, but if rust is widespread, full replacement is the cleaner answer.
Water Marks on Siding or Foundation
Staining along the foundation line or on the siding below the gutter is a sign the system is overflowing or leaking. It tells us where the failure point is before we even get on a ladder.
Gutters Over 20 Years Old
Aluminum gutters installed in the 1990s or early 2000s are at end of life for most Fort Bend County homes. A full replacement at this stage costs less than patching and re-patching over the next few years.
Sagging Sections
A gutter that holds water, visible as a low sag in the middle of a run, is sloped wrong or overfull from debris. Sagging that returns after cleaning means the slope has failed and the run needs to be re-hung or replaced.

Real Reviews from Homeowners We've Worked With
Working with PPB Roofs & Restoration was a smooth process from start to finish. Communication was great the entire time, and they kept us updated throughout the project. The crew was professional, on time, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. The roof came out great and I’m very impressed. Definitely a company I would recommend to others.
PPB Roof and Restoration were excellent on my roof replacement. They were not high pressure, nor did they try to up-sell on products I didn’t need. Their prices were more than fair. The entire process was easy and very straightforward. They completed our entire roof in one day. David my project manager and AJ the owner were both very helpful and responsive. We are very happy with the results and strongly recommend the company.
Ayden Diaz and Prime Property Builders offered a complimentary inspection of my roof when they were doing some repairs in my neighborhood. They were nice and honest. They did not find much problem with my roof except normal wears and some nail holes. They came back the other day and caulked the holes for free to prevent possible leaking as heavy rains forecasted to come next day! I do appreciate their honest, consideration, and community spirit! I would do business with them in the future.
I was approached by several other roofing companies that did not help with my insurance claim. So, when AJ Diaz stopped by, it was difficult to believe that he would be different. However, he was very knowledgeable about the entire insurance process and about roofing products, so I let him start the process. I am very happy that I did. He walked me through every step of the process and kept me informed of where my claim stood and what I needed to do next. He was on-site during the insurance company inspection and helped me find an independent inspector when my claim went to arbitration. He was happy to take the time to answer all my many many questions. Once my claim was finally approved, he helped me select roofing products that were best for my house, had a good quality guarantee, and the color that I wanted. He was able to explain the difference in the products and how they were installed. So, I feel like I made an informed decision. I also had gutters replaced that made everything look so good with the new roof. See the pictures! AJ was also on-site during the installation and came back afterwards to make sure I was happy. I am so happy by the way everything turned out. I highly recommend him and his company.
I am highly satisfied with the work completed by this company in the Houston area. From initial consultation through project completion, the entire process was managed with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. What distinguished their service was the level of support provided after the installation. The team remained proactive in their follow-up, ensuring that all aspects of the project were functioning properly and that I was fully satisfied with the outcome. I would confidently recommend their services to anyone in Katy or the greater Houston area seeking high-quality roofing solutions and reliable, customer-focused service.
Extremely happy with the service provided by Ayden and PPB PATIO & ROOF folks. Very reliable and honest. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.
