A deposit secures scheduling, labor allocation, and project preparation. It does not guarantee a specific start date if circumstances outside our control cause a delay.

Full project pricing is determined through a formal written estimate and agreement, not through anything published on this website.

Insurance Jobs

For storm damage claims, your deposit does not guarantee insurance approval or determine the final claim payout. See the insurance guarantees section below.

Estimates and Inspections

All inspections and estimates provided by Prime Property Builders, including roof inspection reports, are non-binding unless accompanied by a written contract signed by both parties. A verbal agreement, an email summary, or a ballpark figure given on-site does not constitute a contract.

No Insurance Guarantees

Prime Property Builders does not guarantee insurance claim approval, claim payout amounts, or coverage determinations made by any insurance provider. We will document damage thoroughly, assist with the claim process, and advocate on your behalf, but final decisions rest with your insurer. No. A form submission is a service request only. A binding agreement requires a written contract signed by both parties. We will contact you to discuss scope and pricing before any contract is issued.
Can PPB guarantee my insurance claim will be approved?
No. We document damage, assist with the process, and advocate for a fair outcome, but approval and payout amounts are solely the insurer's determination. We will never promise you a specific claim result.
