Prime Property Builders (PPB Roofs & Restoration) operates as a construction and roofing contractor in the State of Texas. We perform storm response roofing, residential roofing, and related repair and restoration work for homeowners across Greater Houston and Fort Bend County.

Prime Property Builders is not a licensed public adjuster and does not interpret insurance policies, negotiate insurance claims, or provide legal or insurance advice. We are a roofing and restoration contractor. Our role is to assess damage, document conditions, and perform repairs, nothing more.

Contractor Independence

Homeowners are under no obligation to use Prime Property Builders as their contractor. You are free to select any service provider of your choosing. We do not guarantee insurance claim approval or payment. Any statements we make regarding inspections, documentation, or repair feasibility are informational only and do not constitute a promise of coverage or reimbursement.

Inspection Reports
We document visible damage with photos, measurements, and written findings. This report supports your claim. It does not file it or negotiate it.

Repair Estimates
We supply written estimates for the scope of work required. These are contractor estimates, not insurance coverage determinations.

Carrier Inspection Support
With your written authorization, we can be present during the insurance carrier's on-site inspection and provide factual information about what we observed.

Authorization Requirement

Any communication with an insurance carrier on your behalf, including attending an inspection, providing documentation directly to the adjuster, or corresponding in writing, requires prior written authorization from you as the property owner. We will request this authorization before taking any such action. If you have questions about how to document roof damage or what to expect during the claims process, we are glad to walk you through it.

Does PPB file my insurance claim for me?

No. We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster. We can document your damage, provide a repair estimate, and be present at the carrier's inspection with your written authorization, but filing and negotiating your claim is between you and your insurer.

Can I use a different contractor even if PPB did my inspection?

Yes. You are never obligated to hire us because we performed an inspection. Our inspection reports and estimates belong to you and can be used however you choose.

What does 'written authorization' mean?

Before we contact your insurance carrier on your behalf, even just to coordinate an inspection time, we need you to sign a document granting us permission to do so. We will provide that form and explain exactly what it covers.

Is PPB insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance on all work performed. We are happy to provide proof of insurance before any project begins.

Ayden Diaz and Prime Property Builders offered a complimentary inspection of my roof when they were doing some repairs in my neighborhood. They were nice and honest. They did not find much problem with my roof except normal wears and some nail holes. They came back the other day and caulked the holes for free to prevent possible leaking as heavy rains forecasted to come next day! I do appreciate their honest, consideration, and community spirit! I would do business with them in the future.

I was approached by several other roofing companies that did not help with my insurance claim. So, when AJ Diaz stopped by, it was difficult to believe that he would be different. However, he was very knowledgeable about the entire insurance process and about roofing products, so I let him start the process. I am very happy that I did. He walked me through every step of the process and kept me informed of where my claim stood and what I needed to do next. He was on-site during the insurance company inspection and helped me find an independent inspector when my claim went to arbitration. He was happy to take the time to answer all my many many questions. Once my claim was finally approved, he helped me select roofing products that were best for my house, had a good quality guarantee, and the color that I wanted. He was able to explain the difference in the products and how they were installed. So, I feel like I made an informed decision. I also had gutters replaced that made everything look so good with the new roof. See the pictures! AJ was also on-site during the installation and came back afterwards to make sure I was happy. I am so happy by the way everything turned out. I highly recommend him and his company.
